Great location, easy to find, and everyone who worked here was so friendly and helpful. We had a very early flight into Paris and so we arrived to the hotel at 9am, and the man at the reception desk said that even though our original double bed room wouldn't be ready until the standard check in time (2pm), we could alternatively switch to a room with two twin beds and check in immediately. Since we hadn't slept the night before, this was amazing. They set up our room with a crib for our child and made it comfortable with extra sheets and blankets, and brought extra soaps and shampoos and an extra towel for our child. The room itself was a good size for us and had comfortable beds and linens. There was lots of hot water, so we were able to have a hot bath before going to bed for the morning. This meant that we could look around the city well rested in the afternoon, when otherwise it would have been a pretty exhausting day. I had read reviews about how this hotel was noisy at night, but we didn't have that problem. We usually turn on white noise at night to help our child sleep, and so if there was any noise, it didn't bother us anyway. Breakfast the next day was baguettes, jam, butter, croissants, and coffee from a coffee machine. The milk drinks from the coffee machine didn't taste great (but the espresso was good enough). We checked out at 11am but because we had a 7pm train out of Paris Est, the hotel was very accommodating and let us leave our luggage at the hotel until the afternoon. They also let us print our train tickets at reception. All in all it was a great stay.

This is such a charming hotel in a wonderful part of Paris. The facilities are extremely basic and might be a bit difficult for someone with mobility issues (although there is a tiny elevator). That is to be expected for the price. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was so sweet and helpful to my husband and I who only knew the most basic French phrases. We felt so at home. You have two metro stops within a five minute walk with plenty of stores, bakeries, restaurants, and cabarets at your doorstep. If you want luxury this isn't for you, but if you'd rather spend your money on fine food and shopping this is the choice!! We will stay here next time we go back to Paris.

What was initially an overnight stay due to evening train issues, ended up a pleasurable experience: Located in the centre of the 9th arrondissement, surrounded by many restaurants, and easy to reach by a either metro or bus, the Royal Mansart Hotel is a typical Parisian hotel, with a winding staircase, and a small elevator. The room was clean and looked quite vintage, the staff very kind and helpful when we went to ask for an extra towel and the tv remote.

Very convenient for Pigalle and Montmartre, nice view from the room across the Paris rooftops and down to the lively street scene. Also a lift (elevator if you are American). Arriving by car I very much appreciated the small private car park with an entrance in the same street. As convenient as a hotel car park.

Hotel Royal Mansart is a great hotel for the price. The best thing about it was the location, and the staff, especially Essam. Essam, who is the cleaning staff, was so kind, helpful, and hospitable. He even offered to share his snacks and fruits with us (and insisted till we took some fruit)!
